Seamus McGee
,was  offered the position of lead vocalist by Cyril Curran,  manager of The Nashville Showband .
Cyril had seen Seamus perform at "Hudie Beags" in Gweedore
and was very impressed with the young singer's talent.
Seamus decided to  try his luck on the music circuit for the following three years
