For over five years - from July, 1978 through September, 1983 -
Kim Newport and her band toured the ballroom, dance club, and cabaret circuit across Ireland.
During that time, Kim appeared on Ireland's national television network (RTE) a total of ten times,
including two appearances on Ireland's top rated Late Late Show with Gay Byrne.
She also released nine singles, and played live "gigs" in every county in Ireland
